[KB3249] Upgrade ESET Cyber Security or ESET Cyber Security Pro from the trial version to the full version

Upgrade ESET Cyber Security 7 from trial to full version

1. Open ESET Cyber Security version 7.

2. Click Activation dialog.

   

3. Click Purchase a Subscription.

4. Follow the instructions on the ESET website to purchase a subscription for your ESET product. After the purchase is complete, an email containing your ESET Activation Key will be sent to your email address.

5. Open ESET Cyber Security version 7.

6. Click Activation dialog (see step 2)

7. Click Activate with an Activation Key.

8. Type your Activation Key into the field and click Continue.

   If you do not have an Activation Key

   If you do not have your Username and Password, visit our Lost Credentials page to have your ESET credentials resent.

9. Click Done.

   

Upgrade ESET Cyber Security Pro 6 from trial to full version

1. Open ESET Cyber Security Pro version 6.

2. Click Activate product.

   

3. Click Purchase license.

   

4. Follow the instructions on the ESET website to purchase a license for your ESET product. After the purchase is complete, an email containing your ESET License Key will be sent to your email address. Proceed to part II.

5. Open ESET Cyber Security version 7.

6. Click Activate product.

   

7. Type your License Key into the field and click Activate.

   If you do not have a License Key

   If you do not have your Username and Password, visit our Lost License page to have your ESET credentials resent to you.

   

8. If successful, your product will display an Activation was successful message. Click Done. Your product will now automatically begin downloading the latest detection engine update.
